  • 6 large eggs

  1. Add eggs to large pot. Fill with cold water at least one inch over the eggs, make sure they are submerged. Turn on stove, med/high heat, cover
  2. When it begins to boil, set a timer for 10 minutes. Once the 10 minutes is up, add the eggs to a bowl of ice water, let the eggs sit for another 10 minutes.
  3. Remove eggs from ice water and crack all over and peel. Use immediately or store in a container in the fridge for up to 6 days.
